I have always viewed my art as a vessel for connection. Through visual storytelling, my art can guide others into different experiences and perspectives. My main goal is to encourage my audience to empathize with others and even themselves. I have found that when we step into each other’s shoes, we can move into the future with a compassionate and respectful view of one another. The perspective I find myself continually gravitating towards is that of a child's or childhood experiences that influence who we are today. I love creating that sense of nostalgia for our past selves in my work.
